For all order queries, please contact orders@jamespopsys.com, and we’ll do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note that international orders are moving incredibly slowly at the moment and it’s currently taking up to 6 weeks for some customers to receive their orders. We’re looking for solutions but thanks so much for your patience in the meantime. Packages are sent untracked to keep costs down, otherwise I’d have to charge more for postage than the price of the products in many cases. Again, this is something we’re looking at.

If you’ve got a project in mind feel free to get in touch below, although please try to be as specific as possible as unfortunately I rarely have time to follow up on vague meeting requests that don’t include details. Thanks for your understanding.

If your question is about what camera gear you should buy, unfortunately it’s impossible for me to give an answer that’ll satisfy you without knowing everything about you and your photography. If you’ve seen my youtube channel you’ll know I can barely work out what to use myself. Please check out the gear I use in any of my video descriptions and hopefully that’ll help.
